In order to build stronger relationships with Trinity Real Estate Solutions’ current customers and prospects, the team created a strategic appreciation and relationship marketing campaign through the art of gift marketing. Designed as a one-year plan and based on the book “Giftology,” Trinity developed this initiative to stay top of mind with its current, most important and strategic customers. The Giftology strategy was implemented to Trinity’s top 40 customers, and the program provided a measurable change in ongoing customer engagement and a marked increase in top-line revenue.
