Ziena Jalil and Natasha Meleisea

Ziena Jalil is an award-winning business and public sector leader, focused on deepening New Zealand’s engagement with the Asia Pacific, and bringing equity and opportunity to those with diverse cultures, abilities and experiences. She consults on strategy and stakeholder engagement; is a keynote speaker and commentator on leadership, inclusion, Asia business and nation branding; and holds several governance roles in the international relations, education and health sectors. Recognized by Campaign Asia Pacific as part of its 2020 Women to Watch, the former diplomat has also received several international awards for her work promoting New Zealand trade and education in Asia.

Natasha brings an inclusive approach to all aspects of how she operates in business. Of Samoan heritage, she weaves cultural diversity into her management style and embraces difference as a strength. She has held senior executive roles in both commercial and not-for-profit media organizations with a focus on building indigenous media performance, capacity and capability. She is the CEO of PCBL - Pasifika TV, funded by the New Zealand government. with the aim to strengthen the broadcasting collective of 24 indigenous broadcasters across 14 Pacific countries.
