Do we all need VR headsets at our desks? These are some of the questions Jo Eyre will answer in her World Conference 2022 session, “The Communicator’s Guide to the Metaverse,” on Tuesday, 28 June.

Jo Eyre

Jo Eyre is the head of content and communication at Omnipresent, which helps ambitious businesses hire and manage remote talent globally. She previously worked at Epic Games (makers of Fortnite and Unreal Engine), and is a PhD candidate focused on creative workplace collaboration in the metaverse. She is fascinated by how emerging technology is changing the way we communicate with each other, with brands and within our workplaces. Eyre is based in Cape Town, South Africa and is the Chair of the IABC Africa Region.
