Simon Monger, SCMP®, is an internal communications, change and engagement consultant and IABC UK & Ireland Board Member. Since 2007, Monger has worked with a diverse range of global and multinational organizations in 19 countries across three continents. His broad experience has covered a whole range of internal communications, change and engagement challenges, from business transformations and office moves, to system implementations, regulatory changes and crisis communications. Monger’s clients include IKEA, National Grid and Deloitte.
